Despite Activision remaining tight-lipped on all things Modern Warfare 3, reliable leaker TaskForceLeak5 has uncovered a wealth of information about the game developed by Sledgehammer Games.

The leaked images above also show a red Modern Warfare logo in the top right-hand corner, implying they're ready to be integrated into Warzone when the time comes.

Does Modern Warfare 3 have weapon platforms?

If the leaks are accurate, Modern Warfare 3 will feature weapon platforms that were introduced with the launch of Modern Warfare 2. This means specific weapons will be grouped together under the same progression tree, meaning you'll need to use a variety of weapons to unlock them or to unlock specific weapon attachments.

Modern Warfare 3 reveal date

There's a possibility of more weaponry appearing during the Modern Warfare 3 reveal. According to rumours, a reveal is expected to take place within Modern Warfare 2 at some point in August, meaning there's not long before we get a closer look at the next instalment of the franchise.
