The release date for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 may be a while away, but attention is already turning towards the Modern Warfare 3 pre-order window. Just like previous iterations of the Call of Duty franchise, you'll have the ability to purchase the game ahead of its launch.
Although leaks have unveiled information on the return of a classic feature and the gun list, intel on the pre-order process is expected to appear in the not-too-distant future. As always, different editions of Modern Warfare 3 are expected to release with a variety of exclusive items to use across the Call of Duty universe.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 editions
Just like previous Call of Duty iterations, Modern Warfare 3 is expected to feature a Standard Edition, Cross-Gen Bundle, and the Vault Edition.
Of course, Activision is yet to confirm exact details on the editions available to pre-order but there's a strong possibility of the publisher sticking to its guns for another year. Here's a closer look at what we think will appear in each edition:

Modern Warfare 3 Vault Edition
Similarly to Modern Warfare 2, the Modern Warfare 3 Vault Edition will be the most expensive version of 2023's Call of Duty you can purchase. There's also a high chance of it featuring a range of items. Here's what we expect to feature:

- Early access to beta
- Season 1 battle pass and tier skips
- Exclusive Operator skins
- Weapon vault guns
- Double XP and Double Weapon XP tokens
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 price
The price for 2023's Call of Duty hasn't arrived yet, but based on previous years, we've got a rough idea on how much it will cost to purchase each edition:
- Standard Edition: £59.99
- Cross-Gen Bundle: £64.99
- Vault Edition: £89.99
